Municipal Experience
· Served on Council for the District of Digby since 2000
· Currently serve as Deputy Warden
· Served on the UNSM Board since 2007
· Appointed to the Property Valuation Services Corporation (PVSC) for three-year term in 2008.
· Served as PVSC Chair in 2010-11
Training and Development
· Completed the Government Essentials Program for Not-for-Profit Organizations from the Rotman School of Management in 2010
· Completed Certificate in Municipal Government from Henson College in 2001
· Completed several workshops through Henson College including Building Relationships, Municipal Law, Conducting Public Meetings and Presentations, and Effective Consultation Skills.

Currently run a family-owned business operating since 1977.
